You changed your mind? No problem.
We want you to love your aroundcities.world T-shirt. If it's not quite right, you have 14 days to return it — no explanation needed.
Who can withdraw?
This right applies to all private customers ordering from within the European Union. If you're ordering from outside the EU (e.g. USA, Canada, Turkey), EU law doesn't automatically apply — but reach out and we'll find a fair solution together.
When does the 14-day period start?
The day after your T-shirt arrives. From that moment, you have 14 days to let us know.
How does it work with Printful?
We work with Printful, a print-on-demand partner who produces and ships your T-shirt directly to you. Depending on the reason for your return, we’ll guide you where to send it.
How to withdraw
Email us at contact@aroundcities.world. No forms, no drama.

- Your name and address
- Optional reason (helps speed things up)
Returning the T-shirt
Do not send anything back without contacting us first. We’ll tell you where to send it depending on the case.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Return shipping is your responsibility.
Your refund
- Production error: refunded after Printful approval
- Wrong size: refunded after return inspection
Refunds are processed via Stripe within 14 days after confirmation.
What if we forgot to inform you properly?
Your withdrawal period may extend to 12 months and 14 days from delivery.

Wir möchten, dass Sie Ihr aroundcities.world T-Shirt lieben. Falls es nicht passt, haben Sie 14 Tage Zeit zur Rückgabe — ohne Begründung.

Gilt für Privatkunden in der EU. Außerhalb der EU finden wir individuell eine Lösung.
Fristbeginn
Am Tag nach Erhalt der Ware.
Printful Abwicklung
Je nach Grund der Rücksendung erfolgt die Abwicklung über uns oder Printful.

Rücksendung
Bitte nicht ohne vorherige Kontaktaufnahme zurücksenden.
Ungetragen, ungewaschen, unbeschädigt. Rückversandkosten trägt der Käufer.
Erstattung
- Produktionsfehler: nach Freigabe durch Printful
- Falsche Größe: nach Eingang und Prüfung
Erstattung erfolgt innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Bestätigung via Stripe.
Fehlende Information
Fristverlängerung auf 12 Monate und 14 Tage möglich.
