Wir verarbeiten personenbezogene Daten ausschließlich im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Vorschriften der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) und des Telekommunikation-Digitale-Dienste-Datenschutz-Gesetzes (TTDSG). Personenbezogene Daten werden nur verarbeitet, soweit dies für den Betrieb dieser Website, zur Vertragsabwicklung oder zur Kommunikation erforderlich ist.
3. Hosting und Server-Logfiles
Beim Aufruf unserer Website werden durch den Hostinganbieter automatisch folgende Daten verarbeitet: IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs, aufgerufene Seite / Datei, Browsertyp und Betriebssystem sowie Referrer-URL. Diese Daten sind technisch erforderlich, um die Website bereitzustellen und die Stabilität sowie Sicherheit zu gewährleisten. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an sicherem Betrieb der Website). Hostinganbieter ist die IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Deutschland. Wir haben mit IONOS einen Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag (AVV) gemäß Art. 28 DSGVO abgeschlossen. IONOS verarbeitet die Daten ausschließlich nach unserer Weisung.
4. Keine Cookies und kein Tracking
Diese Website verwendet keine Cookies zu Analyse-, Tracking- oder Marketingzwecken. Es werden insbesondere nicht eingesetzt: Google Analytics, Meta Pixel oder sonstige Tracking- oder Marketingdienste. Es erfolgt keine Profilbildung und kein Nutzer-Tracking. Soweit technisch notwendige Verbindungen entstehen (z. B. durch Hosting oder Zahlungsabwicklung), dienen diese ausschließlich der Funktionalität der Website. Rechtsgrundlage (technisch erforderlich): § 25 Abs. 2 TTDSG i. V. m. Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
5. Kontaktaufnahme
Bei Kontaktaufnahme per E-Mail (contact@aroundcities.world) werden die übermittelten Daten zur Bearbeitung der Anfrage gespeichert. Die Daten werden nach vollständiger Bearbeitung der Anfrage gelöscht, sofern keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegenstehen (in der Regel nach 3 Jahren entsprechend der zivilrechtlichen Verjährungsfrist). Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (vorvertragliche Maßnahmen) sowie Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (Kommunikation).
6. Bestellungen und Zahlungsabwicklung (Stripe)
Für die Zahlungsabwicklung nutzen wir den Dienst Stripe. Im Rahmen der Zahlung werden insbesondere folgende Daten verarbeitet: Name, Zahlungsdaten, Rechnungsbetrag sowie IP-Adresse. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertragsabwicklung). Eine Übermittlung in die USA kann nicht ausgeschlossen werden. Diese erfolgt auf Grundlage der Standardvertragsklauseln der EU-Kommission gemäß Art. 46 DSGVO. Stripe nimmt bei der Datenverarbeitung eine Doppelrolle ein: Als Verantwortlicher verwendet Stripe übermittelte Daten zur Erfüllung regulatorischer Verpflichtungen. Als Auftragsverarbeiter fungiert Stripe, um Transaktionen innerhalb der Zahlungsnetzwerke abzuschließen. Im Rahmen des Auftragsverarbeitungsverhältnisses wird Stripe ausschließlich nach unserer Weisung tätig und wurde im Sinne des Art. 28 DSGVO vertraglich verpflichtet, die datenschutzrechtlichen Bestimmungen einzuhalten. 7. Print-on-Demand Versand (Printful)
Für die Produktion und den Versand von Bestellungen nutzen wir den Dienstleister Printful, Inc., 19749 Dearborn St, Chatsworth, California 91311, USA. Name, Anschrift sowie gegebenenfalls weitere personenbezogene Daten werden gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO ausschließlich zur Abwicklung der Online-Bestellung an Printful weitergegeben. Die Weitergabe der Daten erfolgt nur, soweit dies für die Abwicklung der Bestellung tatsächlich erforderlich ist. Als Grundlage der Datenübermittlung in die USA verwendet Printful Standardvertragsklauseln gemäß Art. 46 Abs. 2 und 3 DSGVO, durch die sich Printful verpflichtet, bei der Verarbeitung das europäische Datenschutzniveau einzuhalten. 8. Social Media
Wir unterhalten Onlinepräsenzen auf sozialen Netzwerken (z. B. Instagram), um Informationen bereitzustellen und mit Nutzern zu kommunizieren. Beim Besuch dieser Plattformen gelten die Datenschutzbestimmungen der jeweiligen Anbieter. Soweit wir gemeinsam mit dem Plattformanbieter für die Datenverarbeitung verantwortlich sind (Art. 26 DSGVO), können entsprechende Vereinbarungen mit den Anbietern bestehen. 9. Schriftarten (Google Fonts)
Diese Website verwendet Google Fonts zur einheitlichen Darstellung von Schriftarten. Die Schriftarten werden lokal auf unserem Server gehostet. Es findet keine Verbindung zu Google-Servern statt und es werden keine personenbezogenen Daten an Google übermittelt.

11. Speicherdauer
Personenbezogene Daten werden nur so lange gespeichert, wie es für die jeweiligen Zwecke erforderlich ist oder gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflichten bestehen. Es gelten folgende Fristen: Bestelldaten und Rechnungen 10 Jahre (§ 147 AO, steuerrechtliche Aufbewahrungspflicht), E-Mail-Anfragen 3 Jahre (zivilrechtliche Verjährungsfrist), Server-Logfiles in der Regel 7–14 Tage.
12. Produktstatistiken und Nutzungsanzeigen
Auf unserer Website zeigen wir aggregierte Informationen über bereits verkaufte Produkte in Form von Diagrammen oder Zählern (z. B. „X-mal verkauft"). Diese Informationen basieren ausschließlich auf internen Bestelldaten und werden ohne Personenbezug dargestellt. Eine Identifizierung einzelner Personen ist nicht möglich. Es erfolgt kein Tracking oder eine Analyse des individuellen Nutzerverhaltens. Verarbeitet werden ausschließlich aggregierte Verkaufszahlen, produktbezogene Bestelldaten ohne Personenbezug sowie der Zeitpunkt der Aktualisierung der Statistik. We process personal data exclusively within the framework of the statutory provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Telecommunications-Digital Services Data Protection Act (TTDSG). Personal data is processed only insofar as this is necessary for the operation of this website, for the fulfillment of contracts, or for communication purposes.
3. Hosting and Server Log Files
When you visit our website, the hosting provider automatically processes the following data: IP address, date and time of access, accessed page/file, browser type and operating system, as well as the referrer URL. This data is technically necessary to provide the website and to ensure its stability and security. Legal basis: Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website). The hosting provider is IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with IONOS in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. IONOS processes the data exclusively in accordance with our instructions.

If you contact us via email (contact@aroundcities.world), the data you transmit will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry. The data will be deleted once your inquiry has been fully processed, provided that no statutory retention obligations preclude such deletion (typically after 3 years, in accordance with the civil-law limitation period). Legal basis: Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR (communication).
6. Orders and Payment Processing (Stripe)
We use the service Stripe for payment processing. In the context of payment processing, the following data, in particular, are processed: name, payment data, invoice amount, and IP address. Legal basis: Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment). A transfer of data to the USA cannot be ruled out. Such transfers are carried out on the basis of the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR. Stripe assumes a dual role in data processing: As a Data Controller, Stripe uses transmitted data to fulfill regulatory obligations. As a Data Processor, Stripe acts to complete transactions within payment networks. Within the scope of this data processing agreement, Stripe acts exclusively on our instructions and has been contractually obligated—in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR—to comply with data protection regulations. 7. Print-on-Demand Shipping (Printful)
For the production and shipping of orders, we use the service provider Printful, Inc., 19749 Dearborn St, Chatsworth, California 91311, USA. Name, address, and—where applicable—other personal data are transferred to Printful exclusively for the purpose of processing the online order, in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b of the GDPR. Data is transferred only to the extent that it is actually necessary for the fulfillment of the order. As the basis for data transfers to the USA, Printful utilizes Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 Para. 2 and 3 of the GDPR, through which Printful commits to upholding European data protection standards during processing. 8. Social Media
We maintain online presences on social networks (e.g., Instagram) in order to provide information and communicate with users. When visiting these platforms, the privacy policies of the respective providers apply. To the extent that we act as joint controllers for data processing together with the platform provider (Art. 26 GDPR), corresponding agreements with the providers may be in place. 9. Fonts (Google Fonts)
This website uses Google Fonts to ensure a consistent visual presentation of fonts. The fonts are hosted locally on our server. No connection is established with Google servers, and no personal data is transmitted to Google.

11. Retention Period
Personal data is stored only for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes or as long as statutory retention obligations exist. The following retention periods apply: order data and invoices: 10 years (Section 147 AO [German Tax Code], tax-related retention obligation); email inquiries: 3 years (civil-law limitation period); server log files: generally 7–14 days.
12. Product Statistics and Usage Indicators
On our website, we display aggregated information regarding products that have already been sold, presented in the form of charts or counters (e.g., "Sold X times"). This information is based exclusively on internal order data and is displayed in an anonymized form, without any reference to specific individuals. It is not possible to identify individual persons. No tracking or analysis of individual user behavior takes place. The data processed consists exclusively of aggregated sales figures, product-related order data (without personal reference), and the timestamp of the statistics' last update.
